**"Investor":** Natural or legal person who uses the Platform to invest in real estate projects. **"Project":** Real estate development presented on the Platform for collective financing. **"Promoter":** Development company that requests financing through the Platform. **"Crowdlending":** Collective financing modality through loans from multiple investors.

To use our services, you must: - Be over 18 years old - Have legal capacity to enter contracts in Ecuador - Provide truthful and complete information during registration - Comply with identity verification requirements (KYC) - Not be included in international sanctions or restriction lists We reserve the right to reject or cancel accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Ikoqaklsaw provides a technology platform that: - Connects investors with verified real estate projects - Facilitates the investment process and tracking - Manages the legal documentation of each investment - Manages the distribution of returns **Important:** We are not a regulated financial institution such as a bank or cooperative. We act as technology intermediaries under the regulations of the Superintendency of Companies of Ecuador.

**4.1 Project Selection** Each published project includes information about: location, target amount, term, estimated rate of return, guarantees, and associated risks. **4.2 Minimum Investment** The minimum investment amount is USD $500 per project, subject to changes based on availability. **4.3 Confirmation** Once the transfer of funds is made and receipt is verified, you will receive a digital contract that formalizes your participation. **4.4 Returns** Interest payments are made according to the schedule established in each project (monthly, quarterly, or at maturity).

**IMPORTANT WARNING:** All investments carry risks. Before investing, consider: - **Capital risk:** You may lose part or all of your investment - **Liquidity risk:** Investments are not easily transferable before maturity - **Project risk:** Construction delays or problems may affect returns - **Market risk:** Changes in the real estate market may impact asset value - **Counterparty risk:** The promoter may default on obligations Past returns do not guarantee future results. Diversify your investments and do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

By using the Platform, you agree to: - Keep your access credentials confidential - Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account - Provide truthful and updated information - Not use the Platform for illegal activities - Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data - Comply with all applicable laws in Ecuador

All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ikoqaklsaw S.A. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal investment purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We do not guarantee specific returns on any investment - We are not responsible for investment decisions made by users - We do not assume responsibility for technical failures beyond our control - Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud or gross negligence.

**Investor Fees:** - Account opening: No cost - Investment management: 1% annually on invested capital - Fund withdrawal: No fee for local bank transfers All fees are subject to VAT under current Ecuadorian legislation. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice.

**By the User:** You may request account closure at any time, subject to liquidation of active investments. **By the Company:** We may suspend or terminate your access if: - You breach these Terms - You provide false information - Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected - By requirement of competent authorities

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Quito, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

- If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the others shall remain in force - Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver thereof - These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties - Assignments are not permitted without prior written consent
